What is a jetboat?
Our jetboat is a custom designed craft which can haul up to 16 guests. It is propelled by a 502 chevy engine and a direct drive Hamilton jet pump, which when on plane will cruise at about 30 mph.
Will I see the New River Gorge Bridge?
Absolutely! Our jetboat travels upstream and turns around in a pool giving you a spectacular view of the New River Gorge Bridge from the bottom.
How long is the boat ride?
The boat ride is six miles long and takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
How many people will the jetboat hold?
The jetboat has 16 seats but is weight sensitive. A determination will be made by the crew as to how many people can ride on each trip based on size and weight. We do this to provide the best ride for you!
Will my camera get wet?
We will make every attempt to help you get great photos, but it is a boat ride and splashes do occur.
